6 Expert Cooking Tips from This Is Fire’s Chef Jojo

By OFTV Editor

1 Minute Read

Watching cooking competition shows is one thing, but actually learning from them is another. That’s where Chef Jojo comes in. After wrapping This Is Fire Season 7, the host with the most stuck around to give the contestants some extra credit. Ready to level up your culinary game? Here are 6 expert cooking tips from Chef Jojo.

#1 Slicing Avocados

La Sirena @LaSirena69

La Sirena may be used to buying her avocados pre-sliced, but Chef Jojo’s here to show us how it’s really done.

First, take a knife and slice through the peel until the blade hits the pit. Then, keeping the knife steady, rotate the avocado against it to make a clean cut all the way around. One quick twist and voilà!

To remove the pit, gently tap it with your knife and twist. The seed should pop right out, still stuck to the blade.

Scoop out the creamy avocado with a spoon, then slice into neat, even strips.

Congratulations! You’ve officially graduated from pre-sliced to pro-sliced.

#2 Shredding Cabbage

Ricky Johnson @RickyBehavior

Ricky Johnson gets an A for effort, but there’s an easier way to shred cabbage like a pro.

Start by slicing the cabbage in half from top to bottom. Next, lay each half flat-side down for stability. Slice into the center to remove the tough root.

With the root gone, run your knife through the cabbage in thin, steady slices until it’s finely shredded.

Just remember: don’t hack the cabbage. Finesse it.

#3 Mincing Garlic

Holly Randall @Holly

There isn’t much Holly Randall can’t do. But after a quick lesson from Chef Jojo, she can now add “garlic-mincing expert” to her résumé.

To start, grab a large mixing bowl and use the bottom to smash each clove. This breaks the head apart and makes peeling easier.

Once the cloves are peeled, lay one flat on a cutting board. Press and drag the blade of your knife across it to crush the garlic into a rough paste.

Then, keeping the knife tip anchored, start chopping. And remember, let the knife do all the work.

The result? A smooth garlic paste that makes any dish instantly better.

#4 Mise en Place

Amanda Nicole @TheAmandaNicole

Good cooking always starts with mise en place, French for “everything in its place.” Thanks to Chef Jojo, Amanda Nicole will never forget to set up her station and prep her ingredients before getting to work.

To slice a bell pepper the Chef Jojo way, start by cutting off a side just before you reach the stem and seeds. Then, run your knife along the pepper’s curve, rotating as you go.

What’s left should be a flat, seedless roll of pepper, perfect for cutting into smaller sections.

For a perfect slice, lay your pepper piece flat, tuck in your fingers (safety first!), and make long, even cuts. For the perfect dice, rotate and slice again in the opposite direction.

#5 The Julienne Cut

Brandi Love @Brandi_Love

Brandi Love is all confidence on screen. Now that she’s perfected the julienne cut, she’s just as confident in the kitchen.

Start by slicing off both ends of a zucchini. Then, make a lengthwise cut down the middle to split it in half.

Scoop out the seeds, then cut each zucchini segment in half again—horizontally first, then vertically.

Now, stack a few zucchini pieces together and slice them lengthwise into thin, even strips.

That’s your classic julienne: elegant, uniform, and totally Chef Jojo-approved.

#6 Segmenting Oranges

Jak Knife @JakKnife

Believe it or not, there’s an art to crafting the perfect orange slices. Just ask Jak Knife.

Start by slicing off the top and bottom of an unpeeled orange so it sits flat on your cutting board. Then, delicately cut downward along the curve to remove the rind.

With the peel gone, scrape off any remaining pith. Next, slide your knife carefully between each membrane to release perfectly juicy segments.

Serve and enjoy the compliments as they roll in.

3 Minute Read

Which OnlyFans creator would you want to be stranded on a deserted island with? If catching fish is a priority, look no further than Isla Moon and the OnlyFans creators she’s assembled for the award-winning OFTV series Reel Rivals. Isla’s brought eight influencers into the high seas off the coast of Miami to determine who can reel in not only the biggest catch, but the $20,000 cash prize as well. Read on for more about the show, and its one-of-a-kind host, in our Reel Rivals recap.

Warning: spoilers ahead.

About OFTV’s Reel Rivals

Welcome to the high seas, with big waves, hot creators, and an epic fishing competition!

Reel Rivals pits eight OnlyFans creators against each other in a high-stakes fishing competition. The prize? A cool $20,000 cash. It’s been described as a “mix between Love Island Games, Too Hot to Handle, and Nat Geo’s Fish My City, but without the male gaze or unnecessary drama.”

“I wanted to take models who are super polished on Instagram and throw them somewhere they can get down and dirty,” Moon explains to The Blast. “As models, we’re constantly filtering everything we post, so I wanted to push a different narrative … that there are other facets to creators. We just don’t explore it enough.”

Reel Rivals Wins “Best New Show” at 2025 NRTA

Reel Rivals took home Best New Show at the 2025 National Reality TV Awards in England, underscoring its breakout success. The show also received a 2025 nomination for Best Reality Competition Show.

Meanwhile, OFTV’s Smash City, the ultimate pickleball competition, won Best Streamed Reality Series and OFTV itself was named the Best Platform for Reality Streaming Content at the 2025 NRTA.

Who Is Isla Moon?

If Isla Moon looks familiar to you, that’s probably because she’s been making headlines for her sensational OnlyFans launch. After earning degrees in psychology and neuroscience, Isla pivoted to creating captivating content on several platforms.

As a lifelong lover of the great outdoors, Isla brings fans along for her most scenic adventures on her OnlyFans profile and OFTV channel

Her profile and channel not only showcase her picture-perfect travels but also her authentic personality. Subscribing is like receiving an invitation to experience her day-to-day life alongside her.

Whether she’s ice fishing in Alberta or reflecting on her love of nature, Isla is giving you a warm welcome into her world. Plus, her thoughtful voiceovers and thirst for adventure make for great viewing all summer long.

Reel Rivals Recap: Season One

E1: The First Catch

Isla welcomes creators Dan Dangler and Bryce Adams to the dock. Dan grew up fishing in Michigan, while Bryce is counting on her athletic edge to reel in a win.

During a quick limbo minigame, Bryce’s flexibility pays off, forcing Dan to take on the “Rod of Shame.” But Dan isn’t down long before bouncing back to snag the “Master Baiter Prize.”

In the final challenge, the pair are judged on the number, length, and rarity of their catches. Dan dominates in both number and rarity, falling short on length by three inches.

An easy win for Dan as she advances to the next round.

E2: Twerk, Line, and Sinker

Canadian creator Ara Queen Bae might have a degree in chemical engineering, but her fishing strategy is anything but scientific. She’s relying on one bold technique: twerking her way to a win.

Her opponent, Dom Dawson, brings a different kind of experience to the boat. A seasoned angler and creator, Dom lives on a lake and has reeled in everything from grouper to pike, sharks, and bass. Seems like it’s his match to lose.

Dom lands an impressive 18 fish in the final challenge, earning him the win and early status as frontrunner.

E3: Sink or Swim

Jason Luv calls himself a “big boy,” and he’s looking for a catch worthy of his appetite… although it’s been 25 years since he’s last fished.

His opponent Sara Natividad grew up in Gulf Shores, Alabama and isn’t afraid of a little bait or fish guts herself.

Despite Sara’s advantage going in, Jason is not about to play the underdog. In the main challenge, he surprises everyone by hauling in some Miami’s rarest fish.

Jason earns a spot in the next round.

E4: Casting Queens

Lexi XO likes to keep things chill. But with zero fishing experience and a shaky grip on the rod, she’s hoping her natural athleticism will keep her afloat at sea.

Emma Magnolia‘s not a pro angler, but she once studied marine biology before shifting her focus to botany and self-sustainable food systems.

The competition stays neck and neck throughout. The Master Baiter challenge ends in a tie, and in the main event, they both catch the same number and varieties of fish.

It all comes down to length, and Lexi’s 30” beats Emma’s 29”. The narrowest of victories goes to Lexi.

E5: Hooked on Glory

With the semifinals here, it’s time for this competition to plunge deeper. First up: Dan Dangler vs. Lexi XO.

Dan may bring the energy of a squeaky mouse, but don’t let that fool you. She’s got serious fishing chops. From start to finish, she completely outclasses Lexi, winning every challenge with confidence and style.

Even in the minigame, Dan’s strategy is impressive. She lets Lexi tire herself out before knocking her into the water.

It’s a clean sweep for Dan, who sails her way into the finals.

E6: Battle of the Buoys

Battle of the Buoys? More like Battle of the Boys as Dom Dawson faces Jason Luv for a spot in the finals.

Dom dominated his opponent his last time at sea, but can he do it again? Even after earning the Rod of Shame in the minigame, he keeps hauling in fish after fish—enough to claim the Master Baiter Prize once again.

But in the main event, Jason mounts an epic comeback. With the final count in, Jason has surpassed Dom in both fish rarity and length.

E7: The Final Catch

It all comes down to this: strength vs. beauty, brawn vs. brains, experience vs. vibes. Jason Luv and Dan Dangler face off for the Reel Rivals trophy, $20,000 cash, and a lifetime of bragging rights.

Both competitors hit the sea swinging, determined to reel in as many fish as they possibly can. But true to form, it’s Dan whose experience shines with every flick of her fishing rod.

Just like last time, Dan dominates each challenge in the final matchup, securing her place as Reel Rivals Champion

It’s been an incredible run for Dan, and a well-earned pot of money to match.

E8: Catching Up

Taking a deserved victory lap, Dan Dangler joins Isla for a relaxing day of fishing and conversation.

The two dive into everything: Dan’s Italian heritage, the highs and lows of the season, and Isla’s behind-the-scenes experience producing the show.

Dan reflects on her wild journey through the competition—from boats crossing her line to rogue jet skiers throwing her off course.

Not to mention the fierce creators she battled along the way. Finally, Isla ends the day by reeling in a huge sailfish

OnlyFans Athletes Scorecard: October 2025

OnlyFans Athletes Scorecard: October 2025 featuring Merab Dvalishvili, Jaron Ennis, Bia Mesquita & Danny Garcia

OnlyFans Athletes Scorecard: October 2025

By Sports Editor

2 Minute Read

With so many world-class athletes on OnlyFans, it’s no surprise they continue to make headlines month after month. October was no exception, as competitors from across combat sports delivered standout performances in the ring, the cage, and beyond. Here’s your October 2025 Scorecard, where OnlyFans athletes prove they don’t just show up, they show out.

Merab Dvalishvili Extends Bantamweight Record

October 4, 2025 | UFC 320

Merab Dvalishvili kicked off October by defending his title against fellow OnlyFans athlete Corey Sandhagen, while also extending his UFC record for consecutive bantamweight wins to 14.

For years, Dvalishvili has lived up to his nickname “The Machine,” overwhelming opponents with relentless pressure and unmatched endurance. His non-stop cardio and signature takedown game have made him one of the most dominant fighters in the UFC’s bantamweight division.

To Sandhagen’s credit, he held his own early, even edging out the first round on some scorecards. But once Dvalishvili found his rhythm, he turned the fight into a five-round masterclass in control.

Dvalishvili ultimately earned a unanimous decision victory (49–45, 49–45, 49–46), cementing his spot as the top bantamweight. His next bout is set for December 6 against Petr Yan, an opponent he previously defeated in 2023

At this point, the question isn’t whether Dvalishvili can be stopped, but who can stop The Machine?

Jaron Ennis Uppercuts His Way To a First-Round TKO

Boxer Jarron Ennis on the ring with his welterweight belt after defeating Uisma Lima

October 11, 2025 | Ennis vs. Lima

Jaron “Boots” Ennis, the undefeated welterweight champion, decided to test his power in the second weekend of October by moving from 147 pounds to 154 pounds. The result? Another statement win.

Facing Uisma Lima, Ennis proved he’s a wrecking ball at any weight class, earning a TKO in under two minutes. The crowd had barely settled into their seats before Ennis sent Lima to the canvas three times, the last of which following a sharp uppercut that set up a decisive finishing combination.

With the victory, Ennis extended his perfect record to 35–0, continuing to show why he’s one of boxing’s most dangerous and adaptable fighters. Next on Ennis’ radar is Vergil Ortiz Jr., provided he prevails over Erickson “The Hammer” Lubin in Fort Worth on November 8.

No matter who stands across from him next, one thing’s certain: Jaron Ennis doesn’t wait around for the bell to make an impression.

Bia Mesquita Dominates in UFC Debut

October 11, 2025 | UFC Fight Night: Rio

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu legend Bia Mesquita might be new to the UFC, but she’s certainly not new to winning in emphatic fashion. Before her debut, she had already earned the Legacy Fighting Alliance (LFA) bantamweight title and finished all six of her professional MMA opponents before the third round.

That streak continued on October 11, when Mesquita used her world-class grappling to overwhelm Russian fighter Irina Alekseeva and secure a second-round submission victory. From the opening bell, Mesquita dictated the fight, controlling the ground, landing sharp elbows, and showcasing the same precision that made her a BJJ icon.

After nearly ending the bout in the first round, Mesquita closed the show in round two, taking Alekseeva’s back and locking in a rear-naked choke to claim her first UFC win.

At 34, Mesquita’s UFC journey may be starting later than most, but her debut proved that her skill set and championship mentality are more than ready for primetime.

Danny Garcia Says Farewell to Brooklyn In Style

Boxer Danny "Swift" Garcia poses with the welterweight belt after defeating Daniel Gonzalez

October 18, 2025 | DAZN Garcia vs. Gonzalez

After becoming the first fighter to ever grace Brooklyn’s Barclays Center back in 2012, Danny “Swift” Garcia returned to where it all began for one final night. Facing Daniel Gonzalez, the veteran welterweight delivered a classic performance, ending the bout in the fourth round with his trademark left hook.

Even in the later stages of his career, Garcia’s timing and ring IQ remain elite. In fact, many would argue he’s gained a sharper sense of strategy, dictating pace and drawing opponents into his rhythm.

Garcia spotted his opening early, recognizing that Gonzalez had been hurt. And when Gonzalez pressed forward, Garcia countered perfectly, landing a left hook that sent him to the canvas. Gonzalez beat the eight count but stumbled backward, prompting the referee to wave it off and award Garcia the fourth-round TKO.

Though Garcia bid farewell to Brooklyn, he hasn’t ruled out another return to the ring. There’s still a good chance fans haven’t seen the last of him yet.

This Is Fire Season 7 Recap

This Is Fire Season 7 Recap Header — Chef Jojo flanked by the 8 contestants

This Is Fire Season 7 Recap

By OFTV Editor

October 10, 2025

4 Minute Read

Which OnlyFans creator can turn scallops, Philly cheesesteaks, or even poutine into a $20,000 win? Season 7 of This Is Fire turns up the heat to find out. Chef Jojo is back at the head of the table, ready to judge as eight creators battle through high-stakes kitchen challenges. And when the smoke clears, the winner will have to face off against season six’s Melissa Stratton in a Grand Championship showdown worth $10,000. Hungry for more? Read on for a tasty recap of This Is Fire Season 7.

Warning: spoilers ahead.

S7E1: Philly Cheesesteak with Sweet Potato Chips

Adult stars Jak Knife and Brandi Love kick off season seven with plenty of sizzle.

Jak brings two years of experience working in a deli to the kitchen, though he admits it was “the worst job” he’s ever had. Now, just stepping back into the kitchen gives him flashbacks.

Brandi rates her cooking skills at a solid 6.5, but she’s quick to confess she’s more comfortable baking than battling over a stovetop.

Gif: Brandi stirring her roux, linger on her kissing and smiling at the camera

Brandi and Jak are thrown for a loop when Chef Jojo announces their challenge: Philly cheesesteak sandwiches with sweet potato chips.

Jak (understandably) stumbles right out of the gate at the sight of the deli slicer. Meanwhile, Brandi’s nerves are on high alert too, having just confessed that red meat is her biggest fear in the kitchen.

Still, both contestants calm themselves and get to work. Brandi wastes no time lobbing some playful trash talk, hoping to throw Jak off his game.

Before long, Jak is all out of sorts, with Chef Jojo hovering to make sure Jak’s roux doesn’t fall apart. Meanwhile, Brandi’s roux is already earning her some early praise.

Brandi’s confidence seems to be paying off as she keeps the pressure on Jak… but this advantage doesn’t last long. A heavy-handed shake of paprika threatens to totally ruin her dish.

Jak, on the other hand, rallies with chips that are sliced just right and fried to golden perfection.

Gif: Brandi, “Yes! I won! I won! I won! I won!"

Time is up and both chefs manage to plate a solid-looking sandwich. But in the end, it all comes down to taste.

Chef Jojo praises the flavors of Jak’s cheesesteak and the crispness of his chips. However, the sandwich is a little dry and the chips are on the verge of being burnt.

Brandi’s sandwich wins points for its tender meat, rich cheese sauce, and flavorful chips. Still, the paprika incident comes back to haunt her.

Nevertheless, Brandi wins and heads to the semifinals.

S7E2: Crab Eggs Benedict

Amanda Nicole calls herself a carnivore who grew up glued to The Cooking Channel. She’s feeling confident in her skills, but Chef Jojo’s kitchen is full of surprises.

Her opponent, Holly Randall, comes from a family who made dining together a priority. These days, however, she admits that her husband handles the cooking.

And when Chef Jojo reveals that the soft-shell crab eggs Benedict they’ll be cooking doesn’t come with a recipe, Amanda starts to feel the pressure.

Gif: Meme of Holly looking confused as math equations appear around her head

With so many moving parts to the dish, both chefs need to lock into a game plan ASAP.

Chef Jojo demonstrates how to use a bowl with butter over a steaming pot of water to poach eggs and build the hollandaise sauce.

Even with this detailed demonstration, Amanda and Holly appear completely lost. Both find it hard to remember Chef Jojo’s instructions, but they’re committed to piecing together a dish using their own approaches.

Holly pulls her crab from the fryer, and it’s looking shockingly tasty. Meanwhile, Amanda finally stirs up a buttery hollandaise and is feeling better about her chances.

The good vibes are short-lived, however, when Chef Jojo needs to step in to fix Holly’s critical mistake. Her error? Trying to poach eggs with the shells still on.

Meanwhile, Amanda scrambles to another working burner when she realizes that her eggs aren’t poaching.

Gif: Holly cracks egg into water. Holly, “ That looks so, so bad.”
Gif: Amanda (jumping up and down) “Yes!”

Unfortunately for Holly, her entire dish begins unraveling during plating. Her egg completely breaks and her hollandaise turns into more of a wet scramble than a proper sauce.

Amanda, on the other hand, is riding high. She’s managed to plate a delicious-looking soft shell crab Benedict ready for judging.

And, unsurprisingly, Amanda’s dish triumphs over Holly’s. Hopefully, Holly’s husband won’t give her too much grief for this one.

S7E3: Poutine

Self-described “nerd from Minnesota” Siri Dahl specializes in comfort food, the kind of dishes that get you through cold, Midwestern winters.

Ricky Johnson says he likes to keep things simple in the kitchen and has a penchant for breakfast foods. Ricky’s plan? Win over Chef Jojo with charm and hope his cooking can carry him to the semifinals.

Siri lights up when Chef Jojo announces that their challenge is poutine fries. This comfort food classic should give her an advantage.

Gif: Siri dumping the cheese curds into the batter. Siri, “Maybe not the best idea.”

Siri hopes to score an early advantage by diving straight into the potatoes, since they’ll likely take the longest to cook. But with Ricky’s strategy of copying everything Siri does, it’s anyone’s guess whether she’ll keep the edge.

Shortly into the kitchen battle, Chef Jojo shares a pro tip with the contestants: soak the potatoes in water for five minutes before frying. The result should be a perfectly crispy french fry.

But while Siri stays focused on her work, Ricky gets completely lost in the kitchen. His new strategy will be distracting Siri as much as possible.

Siri’s fried cheese curds come out a perfect golden brown. Ricky copes with this by downplaying the importance of appearances when it comes to food. Echoing Chef Jojo, “It’s all about the taste.”

Both chefs bring their gravies to a simmer, prompting Chef Jojo to remind them to season generously.

Despite leading most of the way, Siri realizes she may have put her potatoes in the fryer too late… a potentially fatal error. Could undercooked fries send her packing?

Gif: Chef Jojo, “It looks great.” Ricky, “Yeah!” Chef Jojo, “It doesn’t taste great.”
Chef Jojo, “Chef Siri, this is fire.” linger on Siri’s reaction.

As the clock counts down the final seconds, both Siri and Ricky scramble to plate their dishes. They both make it in time, but just barely.

Chef Jojo praises Siri’s presentation and her golden cheese curds, but dings her for her thick gravy and undercooked fries.

Ricky’s curds impress Chef Jojo and, for a moment, it looks like Ricky can win. But when Chef Jojo calls Ricky’s gravy “rough,” Siri emerges the clear winner.

S7E4: Spaghetti & Meatballs with Garlic Bread Baguette

With a Cuban father and Sicilian mother, La Sirena comes from an international background steeped in rich culinary tradition. You’d expect she’d be a natural in the kitchen, but La Sirena isn’t sure she inherited the cooking gene.

Her opponent, AVN winner Gianna Dior, is even less confident. In fact, Gianna rates her cooking skills at a 4.5—actually, make that a -4.5

Buckle up, this should be an interesting competition!

La Sirena taste tests her pasta

Hopefully, Chef Jojo has taken their culinary inexperience into account when he thought up their challenge: spaghetti and meatballs from scratch.

The chefs dive right in, grinding their meatballs and Chef Jojo warns them of the dangers of cross-contamination.

Perhaps La Sirena wasn’t paying attention to Chef Jojo’s advice. She tastes the raw meat without giving it a second thought.

Gianna struggles under pressure, reacting dramatically to nearly every suggestion and criticism from Chef Jojo.

Meanwhile, La Sirena’s noodles seem to be as confused as she is. They’re looking much closer to raw than al dente.

But with the clock ticking down, both contestants really start to scramble. The $20,000 question is: can they finish in time?

Gif: Gianna burns herself on the range and screams
Gif: Chef Jojo, “Chef Sirena, this is fire.” Sirena smiles. Gianna, “You fucking bitch.”

Despite the chaos, both La Sirena and Gianna manage to plate edible spaghetti and meatballs.

Immediately, it’s obvious that Chef Jojo isn’t as enthusiastic about these dishes as he was about previous match-ups. Gianna’s dish, for example, is “not disgusting.” Her undercooked meatballs and bland sauce, however…

And while La Sirena’s plating might be rough around the edges, her meatballs are cooked through. We’ll see if her skills improve in time for the semifinals.

S7E5: Pork Chops

Both Siri Dahl and Amanda Nicole are riding high as they return to the kitchen for the semifinals. They’re eager to show Chef Jojo what they’ve learned since the first round.

But with a $20,000 prize nearly in sight, the stakes are higher than last time.

Their challenge? Craft the most mouth-watering pork chops Chef Jojo’s ever tasted.

Siri is thrilled for the challenge, but Amanda can’t help but wish she was working with steak.

Gif: Amanda, “We like it chunky over here.”

Chef Jojo raises the stakes for the semifinals, now requiring that their dishes feature at least three surprise ingredients: celery root, rhubarb, pears, star anise, blackberries, and potato.

With the clock running, both Siri and Amanda get to work seasoning their pork before turning to sauces and other strategies.

Amanda is leaning towards a Mediterranean profile, while Siri sets her sights on something sweet.

Amanda’s skills begin to shine as she builds her berry sauce—brightened with blood orange, spiced with star anise, and infused with pears and celery root.

Meanwhile, Siri is really struggling with her sides. Her mashed potatoes look more like a runny purée, and as the clock winds down, she nearly forgets to sauce her pork chop.

Luckily, Siri manages to get everything on the plate just as the buzzer sounds.

Chef Jojo to Siri “That’s good chef.” Siri, “Thank you.” Amanda rolls her eyes.
Close-ups of Amanda and Siri anxiously waiting for Chef Jojo's decision

Chef Jojo praises Siri’s mashed potatoes and her pear-infused sauce. Plus, she nailed the cook on the pork chop. Overall, Chef Jojo is very happy with Siri’s plate.

However, he’s not as enthusiastic about Amanda’s pork chop, which suffers from unrendered fat. Still, Chef Jojo compliments her inventive berry sauce.

There’s a lot for Chef Jojo to chew on, with both dishes having distinct strengths and weaknesses. Ultimately, it’s Siri that moves on to the finals.

S7E6: Scallops

Expert trash talker Brandi Love faces off against La Sirena in the second semifinal. With just one more cook between them and a shot at $20,000, both chefs are feeling the heat.

Chef Jojo lays down the challenge: a head-to-head showdown for the best scallops.

And, just like Siri and Amanda, these two semi-finalists will have to work with surprise ingredients. This time, Brandi and La Sirena must feature at least three: fennel, purple cauliflower, wine, purple Brussels sprouts, and baby corn.

Gif: La Sirena samples the cooking wine and enjoys it

Brandi gets to work mapping out her plate and deciding which components need to hit the heat first. La Sirena, meanwhile, jumps straight to the scallops.

Did La Sirena even hear Chef Jojo’s warning about how fast they cook?

Brandi boils her cauliflower for a purée while leaning on her favorite competition tactic: mind games. La Sirena, on the other hand, is too locked in to her ingredients to notice.

With more than half the time still left on the clock, La Sirena is already ready to plate. The problem is, she’s missing a core component—her sauce.

La Sirena opts to mix up a combination of teriyaki, lime, and baby corn. It’s an unusual combo, but one she hopes will pay off in the taste test.

Meanwhile, Brandi is making some bold choices of her own. She opts to fry her purple Brussels sprouts… and it looks like a great choice. The sprouts manage to hold their vibrant color while picking up a tasty char around the edges.

Gif: Chef Jojo to La Brandi, "Chef Jojo, “ Just throw it in there. Go with the flow, Chef."
Gif: Chef Jojo, “Chef Brandi, this is fire.”

Both contestants get their dishes plated in time, and Chef Jojo kicks off the judging with Brandi. He praises the flavor of her dish, but notes that her scallops are a bit overseared.

Next up is La Sirena and her so-called “mermaid” plate. To everyone’s surprise, her last-minute teriyaki sauce combination works. However, her scallops deliver a flavor Chef Jojo’s never tasted before… and not in a good way.

In the end, it’s Brandi that will be facing off against Siri Dahl in the finals.

S7E7: T-Bone Steak (S7 Finals)

It all comes down to this: Brandi Love vs. Siri Dahl in the This Is Fire finals. With $20,000 and the ultimate bragging rights on the line, both chefs are hungry for this win.

But this isn’t the time for self-congratulations.

Chef Jojo gets straight to the final challenge of the season: a massive T-bone steak, complete with juicy bone marrow and steakhouse potatoes.

Gif: Siri (lifting her steak), “Oh god, that’s gorgeous.”

Neither Brandi nor Siri feel fully confident working with red meat, and both admit they’re out of their depths.

Brandi goes to her usual playbook, and kicks off the showdown with trash talk and pranks. She even pretends to steal Siri’s paper towels.

But the kitchen pranks are short lived and both chefs hunker down to business. First, they season their steaks before moving on to their sides.

Siri gets to work on “cowboy” mashed potatoes, while Brandi begins roasting her bone marrow in the oven with a generous helping of butter.

An almost eerie quiet settles over the kitchen as both Siri and Brandi work to deliver the winning dish of season 7.

Both chefs choose asparagus as their veggie, setting up a nearly identical comparison between their plates at judging.

As the clock winds down, both T-bone plates look exquisite. Now it’s up to Chef Jojo to decide which of these similar dishes tastes like a winner.

Gif, Chef Jojo to Brandi: Chef Jojo, “I am so impressed.”
Gif: Siri, sampling Brandi's dish: Chef Jojo, Siri, “This is fucking amazing.”

Chef Jojo tastes Brandi’s dish first, praising her roasted bone marrow, crisp asparagus, smooth mashed potatoes, and flavorful steak. His only critique: a bit too much parmesan in the mash.

Siri follows, and her plate earns rave reviews like, “perfect” bone marrow, “delicious” asparagus, “silky” potatoes, and “phenomenal” steak.

Calling it his “hardest decision yet,” Chef Jojo takes a few extra bites before declaring the winner…

Congratulations Siri! Now, let’s see if she’s ready to face season six champ Melissa Stratton in the Grand Championship.

Season 7 Grand Championship: Free Cook

It’s the This Is Fire Grand Championship: season six champion Melissa Stratton returns to face season 7 winner Siri Dahl. At stake? An extra $10,000 cash prize and the ultimate bragging rights.

Neither finalist has spent much time in the kitchen since their wins, giving Siri a slight advantage. Both, however, are planning to put what they’ve learned from Chef Jojo to good use.

And it’s a good thing they were paying attention… because this challenge comes with no recipes and no playbook. It’s a true choose-your-own-adventure free cook.

Gif: Chef Jojo revealing a pantry stuffed with every kind of ingredient, "I was thinking we'd do open pantry." Melissa registers a huge reaction.
Gif: Chef Jojo and Siri drink some cooking wine while Melissa looks on

With Chef Jojo’s entire pantry at their disposal, there’s only one rule for this challenge: each dish must contain a starch, a protein, and a vegetable.

Melissa’s first instinct is to play it safe with swordfish and cook up some fish tacos. However, Chef Jojo shuts down her idea for being “too basic.”

Siri takes a more adventurous approach with lamb shanks, even though she’s never prepared lamb before. She’s soon darting around the kitchen, knife in hand, improvising her recipe as she goes.

Siri finds her footing and decides on couscous to accompany her lamb. Melissa’s dish is also starting to take shape after she plans a romesco for her swordfish.

But when Melissa adds in lime salt without tasting — breaking one of Chef Jojo’s cardinal rules — she fears she’s just ruined her protein. In desperation, she coats her fish with a random and chaotic mix of seasonings.

Back in Siri’s camp, things are getting a little chaotic as well. Chef Jojo watches on in disbelief as she squirts mustard onto her shallot, strawberry, and wine reduction.

The moment of truth is here, and both plates are finished just in time.

Chef Jojo starts with Siri’s lamb with couscous and carrots. He praises her side dishes, but notes that her lamb is overdone and the sauce has been completely overwhelmed by the mustard.

Melissa’s swordfish, despite a rocky start, tastes better than anyone expected. Her romanesco shines, though her rice is slightly undercooked.

Each dish has its fair share of strengths and weaknesses, but the Grand Championship victory goes to Melissa.

Smash City Season One Recap

Welcome to the first season the award-winning Smash City. Eight OnlyFans creators put their pickleball skills to the ultimate test for a chance to win $20,000. Certified tennis legend Nick Kyrgios teams up with Sophie Stonehouse to host, joined by referee Rachel Starr, who makes sure everyone plays fair. With this much star power, expect the competition to take wild and unexpected twists. Who will smash their way into victory and who will be sent packing? Read our full Smash City Season One recap!

Warning: spoilers ahead.

E1: Welcome to Smash City

Hosts Nick Kyrgios and Sophie Stonehouse, with referee Rachel Starr keeping everyone in line, serve up the first episode of Smash City, where the eight picklers face off for a shot at the $20,000 grand prize.

The players split into two rival squads — Team Pickle: Nathan Webb, Nellie Cronen, Kayla Fitzergerald, and Sachia Vickery — and Team Dink: Adi Spiegelman, Trippie Bri, Joey Joy, and Steph Mi.

The teams dive into four high-stakes mini-games. The twist? When the dust settles, the team with the lowest score must send one of their own packing immediately.

While the contestants’ skill level runs the gamut, the mini-games are the perfect way to level the playing field in the most unserious way possible.

From swinging oversized paddles to a spirited round of competitive trash talk, a completely made-up challenge called “Balls Against the Wall,” and a game of pickle pong, each contestant finds their own moment to shine.

One thing’s for sure: these content creators aren’t afraid of a little competition.

In the end, it’s Team Dink that falls short on points, and someone has to go… but not before Referee Rachel dumps water on them.

After a bit of psychological gameplay from Adi, she flips her vote at the last second and targets Steph. Trippie Bri follows her lead, sealing Steph’s fate.

Just like that, Steph becomes the first player to be eliminated from the competition. If this first episode is any indication, this season is going to be cutthroat.

E2: Eyes on the Prize

After Steph’s elimination, the remaining contestants quickly learn there’s no time to look back. If they linger too long, they could be the next to go.

From now until the finale, each episode will feature one mini-game and one main challenge. In other words, the remaining players get double the chances to shine, stumble, or get sent packing.

Today’s chaos kicks off with a stare-down for the ages in the “Eyes on the Prize” mini-game, where unbroken eye contact becomes the ultimate test of focus, nerves, and maybe even flirtation.

In this challenge, contestants must keep a pickleball bouncing on their paddle while locking eyes with their opponent. If the ball drops, or they break eye contact, it’s an instant out.

Sounds tough, right? Not for Sachia Vickery. As the only active tennis pro in the competition, she makes it look effortless, taking Team Dink down one by one.

With cool focus and flawless control, Sachia breezes past the competition, locking in yet another win for Team Pickle.

Next up is the main challenge, where contestants must return serves fired at them by none other than tennis legend Nick Kyrgios.

It’s a nerve-wracking test for most. But once they find their rhythm, many players manage to combat Nick’s blistering power and signature spin with delicate dinks over the net.

As the level of play ramps up, the strongest contenders start to separate from the pack.

Unfortunately, Trippie and Kayla struggle to handle Nick’s serves, returning the fewest shots, resulting in their elimination from the competition.

E3: Kiss My Ace

The $20,000 Smash City grand prize is almost within reach. But before anyone can start dreaming of the finale, the remaining contestants have to survive one more mini-game and a high-stakes main challenge.

This episode’s mini-game pushes them far outside their comfort zones: they have just 20 minutes to design and create fashionable pickleball attire using nothing but a pile of random materials.

Once time is up, it’s showtime. The contestants must strut their stuff down the pickleball runway and face the judges, who will decide who slays and who gets sent packing.

As soon as the clock starts, it’s a full-on scramble. Everyone knows what’s at stake and no matter their design experience (or lack thereof), they’ve got to pull it together fast if they want to stay in the game.

When time is up and the contestants hit the runway, it doesn’t take long for the judges to see which outfits fall flat.

Unfortunately for Joey Joy, his “innovative” design misses the mark, and he’s sent packing.

With just four players remaining, fashion show winner Nellie earns the power to choose her partner for the main challenge. She picks the most experienced pickler, Sachia, and together they dominate Nathan and Adi.

As winners, Nellie and Sachia must decide who stays and who goes. And, after a tense deliberation, they opt to eliminate Nathan for being too big a threat.

Now, only three contestants remain — Adi, Sachia, and Nellie — to vie for the $20,000 grand prize.

E4: Game. Set. Match.

The players have battled through a grueling gauntlet of mini-games and main challenges to become the last three standing: Adi, Sachia, and Nellie.

But only two will advance to the final showdown, starting with a timed accuracy mini-game… their toughest yet.

Each contestant has five minutes to hit as many targets as possible, with the lowest scorer facing elimination.

Nellie kicks off the challenge with a roaring start, crushing every target and capitalizing on the last 30 seconds when points are doubled.

Sachia, once she finds her rhythm, proves unstoppable, leveraging her pro tennis skills to rack up points fast.

But when Adi steps onto the court, she struggles to find her groove and her journey ends here. Sachia and Nellie will now battle it out in the final.

At center court, Nellie and Sachia face off in a single pickleball match to 11 points, with the winner taking home the $20,000 grand prize.

Despite Nellie’s stellar performance throughout the competition, Sachia’s experience shines through. As a pro tennis player, she’s virtually impossible to beat.

The final is a decisive blowout, with Sachia triumphing 11-1. Congratulations to her for showing everyone what a true champ looks like.

Which OnlyFans creator has the kitchen skills to impress Grand Masterchef Jojo and take home $20,000? This Is Fire is back for its sixth season to find out. From sandwiches to salmon, these home cooks are leaving it all in the kitchen for a shot at the championship title and a chance to face season five’s Hayley Davies in the Superfinals. Hungry for competition? Catch up with the This Is Fire Season Six recap!

Warning: spoilers ahead.

S6E1: Cubano with Plantain Chips

Melissa Stratton and Kendra Sunderland step into the kitchen to help Chef Jojo kick off season six.

Kendra is feeling bold and confident in her cooking skills, while Melissa admits hers are a little rusty, thanks to her packed OnlyFans schedule. Still, she hopes that her culinary creativity as a vegetarian will shine through…

Gif: Melissa, [shocked face], [drops plantain & drops down] "Oh shit."

…but she’s immediately thrown off when Jojo announces the challenge: meaty Cubano sandwiches with homemade plantain chips.

Luckily for Melissa, Kendra seems just as intimidated. With both chefs on equal footing, it’s anyone’s guess who will deliver the tastiest take on this culturally specific meal.

With 30 minutes on the clock, Melissa calmly starts with her plantain chips, knowing they’ll take longer than the sandwich. Smart move.

Meanwhile, Kendra’s fiery competitive streak flares up. She immediately toasts her bread before preparing a single ingredient.

Inspired by the chaos, Chef Jojo gives them a lesson on mise en place: the importance of prepping your ingredients and workspace before cooking.

Melissa’s chill attitude seems to be paying off until her sandwich starts falling apart in the panini press. She pulls it together, but when it’s time to plate, Kendra tries to block her from the “pretty plates.”

Despite the drama, both chefs manage to get their Cubano sandwiches and plantain chips plated before time runs out.

Chef Jojo tries Melissa’s dish first. He praises her chips for their flavor and crispness (thanks to the mandoline slicer) and says her sandwich is “not bad at all.”

Kendra also delivers a solid Cubano, but her plantain chips are too thick.

So, despite all her worrying, it’s Melissa who wins the challenge and moves on to the semifinals.

S6E2: Shrimp Fried Rice

Shrimp fried rice sounds simple, but not when there’s $20,000 on the line.

When Gina Valentina enters the kitchen with a deep appreciation for East Asian food, she’s hoping to use the prize money for a fantasy trip to Japan.

But the TikTok chef and self-described “most competitive person on the planet” Jason Luv enters ready to do whatever it takes to win.

Gif: Gina [mischievous laugh]

Jason has the swagger of a winner, but Gina might have a secret weapon. She studied shrimp fried rice recipes the night before.

With all the head games and trash talk, both chefs are shocked when Chef Jojo reveals that eight minutes have flown by and neither has much to show for it.

They spring into action, chopping vegetables, preparing their marinades, and de-veining their shrimp.

The intensity reaches new heights when Chef Jojo warns that timing and seasoning will make or break their shot at winning.

Jason leans on his New Orleans instincts, tossing entire shrimp into the wok and finessing the perfect sear. Meanwhile, Gina invests more time and effort into her sweet-and-savory marinade.

However, after a quick taste test, Gina realizes her marinade is in serious need of seasoning. She adds a heavy pour of sesame oil and hopes for the best.

Both chefs are able to put together gorgeous plates, but it all comes down to flavor.

Gif: Montage of both contestants' shrimp fried rice plates
Gif: Producer, "We've had people say Chef Jojo's been wrong before ... It's fine." [Gina glares at camera]

Chef Jojo must be feeling Jason’s big-shrimp energy. While his dish isn’t “traditional”, Jason gets credit for its overall flavor, crispness, and near-perfect seasoning.

Although Gina’s dish looks great, Chef Jojo criticizes it for being both too safe and a bit too oily.

Jason advances to the semifinals, but Gina takes it in stride. After sampling both dishes, she tells the cameras that she prefers hers. She’s not the first contestant to disagree with Chef Jojo.

S6E3: Crispy Salmon w/ Parsnip Purée

Sophie Dee and Kayley Gunner face off in a fish challenge neither wanted to tackle: crispy salmon, parsnip purée, and roasted Japanese sweet potatoes.

Considering neither Sophie nor Kayley have much experience with the ingredients, this is an especially tall order. But both are determined to claim a semifinals spot and scramble to use their limited knowledge to their advantage.

It’ll be a showdown of Sophie’s recent This Is Fire re-watch versus Kayley’s food delivery habits.

Gif: Kayley, "Not the only 'nips you're gonna see. Just kidding." [color bar]

Sophie goes all in on butter. Her potato plan? Throw everything in the oven and hope the added salt, pepper, and oil do their jobs.

Meanwhile, between forgetting to peel her garlic and battling an uncooperative blender, Kayley’s frustration is rising. Fortunately, a few encouraging words from Chef Jojo get her back into the game.

Despite her bizarre flipping technique — a knife and a wooden spoon? — Sophie’s salmon is crisping up nicely.

Only 10 minutes remain and Chef Jojo gives Sophie some much-needed pointers to soften her purée.

Unfortunately, seasoning is an afterthought for both chefs. And to make matters worse for Kayley, her salmon runs the risk of turning out raw.

As the clock ticks down, plating becomes more panic than precision, with both scrambling to put any seasoning they can onto their dishes.

Gif: [Jojo cuts into Kayley's salmon ... Kayley looks on expectantly]
Gif: Sophie, screaming, "I win!"

When the timer hits zero, Sophie’s plate looks surprisingly polished despite the chaos. Kayley’s, on the other hand, shows signs she’s been to Michelin-starred restaurants, but hasn’t cooked in one.

Sophie’s dish earns Chef Jojo’s praise for its flavorful purée and well-cooked fish. Kayley’s potatoes, however, are under-seasoned and her fish is uncooked (at least the purée gets a thumbs-up.)

In the end, Sophie swims ahead to the semifinals.

S6E5: Chicken Marsala

After stellar first-round wins, Melissa Stratton and Sophie Dee are fired up for the semifinals. This time, our chefs are headed on an Italian adventure.

Their challenge: the perfect Chicken Marsala served with a starch and vegetable of their choice.

There’s just one problem: neither Melissa nor Sophie has ever made the dish, leaving them wondering, “What even is Chicken Marsala?”

But they’ll have to figure it out fast.

Gif: Melissa, “Basil is a guy’s name and basil is an herb.”

Melissa kicks things off by choosing broccolini as her vegetable, while Sophie leads her signature move: butter, butter, and more butter.

Sophie hates mushrooms, but unfortunately they are a key ingredient in Chicken Marsala. Searching for something she actually enjoys, she chooses to use bell peppers as her side vegetable.

Melissa tastes her sauce and is pleasantly surprised. Sophie, on the other hand, has the complete opposite reaction…

And, according to Chef Jojo, it’s giving clam chowder.

After some quick guidance from Chef Jojo, Sophie adds herbs to her sauce, and swaps rice for pasta as her side.

Across the kitchen, Melissa worries her mushrooms are turning “gummy.” She reduces her sauce, trying to build deeper flavor, while hoping her chicken isn’t overcooked.

Meanwhile, Sophie’s pasta is undercooked and Chef Jojo suspects her chicken is overdone. With the clock ticking down, both chefs scramble to get everything plated and ready to serve.

Gif: Sophie, “Hopefully her chicken is raw in the middle or super overcooked.” Melissa, [checking her chicken, linger on Sophie crossing her fingers]
Gif: Melissa, “It’s not bad but it is a little… thick?”

It’s time for Chef Jojo to dig in. Melissa is nervous about the texture of her dish and Sophie is stressed about everything.

Melissa’s instantly relieved when Chef Jojo cuts into her perfectly cooked chicken. Her mushrooms, however, are a little overcooked and the sauce leans slightly sweet.

Sophie is next, and even though Chef Jojo offers some compliments, she doesn’t buy it.

Ultimately, Melissa wins the semifinals round and heads to the Season Six Finale!

S6E6: Chilaquiles with Oxtail

Jason Luv returns to the kitchen to battle Richelle Ryan for a spot in the finals. Jason’s determined to apply everything he’s learned so far, while Richelle is more confident than ever.

Which is great, because both will need every ounce of confidence they have to take on the Mexican breakfast classic: chilaquiles with oxtail.

Thankfully, Chef Jojo gives them one big leg up… or a tail up: perfectly prepared oxtails. All they have to do is master the other components.

Gif: Jason, “I’ll be your papa any day, Chef, as long as this food tastes good.”

Both chefs start by crafting their homemade salsas. Though Chef Jojo likes a kick, they’re careful not to overdo the heat.

Learning from his past mistakes, Jason stays mindful of the clock and is determined to leave time to plate his entire dish to perfection.

Meanwhile, Richelle’s salsa starts leaning more into pico de gallo territory. Chef Jojo reminds her that he’s looking for a salsa roja, not pico.

Jason’s feeling confident in his salsa, until he realizes it’s way too spicy.

Jason uses some broth to tame the heat and moves on to frying his tortilla chips. As Richelle slices her perfectly crispy chips, both Chef Jojo and Jason can’t help but wonder if she’s been downplaying her skills the whole time.

The clock ticks down and despite the mounting pressure, both chefs keep their cool. In the final moments, Jason makes a bold but inspired move: cooking his eggs in the rich oxtail fat.

Both chefs have everything plated in the nick of time.

Gif: Jason, “How does she have time to make a secondary salsa?!”
Gif: Richelle, “I tried.”

The moment of truth: Chef Jojo enjoys Richelle’s dish, but says he’s missing some of the heat and depth that define great chilaquiles.

Next, Chef Jojo loves Jason’s flavors, but notes that it lacks the acid and creamy elements to balance out the richness. Both contestants are missing key components, so it’s anyone’s game.

Only one can advance to the finals… and it’s Jason! He’ll next face Melissa in the This Is Fire Season Six Finals.

S6E7: Beef Wellington

Melissa Stratton and Jason Luv are ready to go head-to-head for $20,000, and bragging rights.

This time, Chef Jojo gives them 45 minutes because perfecting Beef Wellington is no easy feat, especially for first-time chefs. Melissa begins with a focused game plan, while Jason channels his inner Ratatouille

Chef Jojo urges the contestants to elevate their dishes and taste as they go, but both Jason and Melissa are still trying to wrap their heads around the very concept of Beef Wellington.

Gif: Melissa, “That doesn’t make sense.” [linger on Chef Jojo's reaction]

And when it’s time to wrap their beef in prosciutto and puff pastry, both Jason and Melissa struggle to form a secure, fully covered seal.

Melissa feels like she’s falling behind, but from Jason’s perspective, she’s a total kitchen pro. As he starts sautéing his carrots, she shifts focus to whipping up smooth, creamy mashed potatoes.

And then, a setback: Melissa forgot to peel her potatoes. With the clock ticking, she has to improvise some quick fixes in hopes of meeting Chef Jojo’s high standards.

Chef Jojo practically begs Jason to get started on his demi-glace, while also taste-testing both Melissa’s and Jason’s mashed potatoes. But to his surprise, both chefs’ potatoes are impressively delicious.

In his last two rounds, Jason’s plating has fallen short. This time, however, he’s determined to leave enough time to dial in the aesthetics as well as the flavor.

Meanwhile, Melissa’s demi-glace is in jeopardy after being left on the stove too long. She crosses her fingers as she plates, hoping it still turns out okay.

Gif: Jason, “It’s gonna look good.”
Gif: Melissa, “My lucky bow carried me all the way to the end.”

Melissa’s dish is up first. The beef is cooked perfectly, and her potatoes wow Chef Jojo; unfortunately, her demi-glace is too salty and her carrots are overcooked.

Similarly, Jason’s meat is cooked beautifully and his potatoes are delicious, but his sides are over-salted. They couldn’t be more neck-and-neck as Chef Jojo makes his decision.

In the end, Melissa Stratton is the This Is Fire Season Six Champion! But now she’ll have to face off against the formidable Hayley Davies in the Superfinals.

Superfinals: Miso Glazed Sea Bass

Melissa Stratton and Season Five Champion Hayley Davies return for a miso-glazed sea bass showdown.

Chef Melissa is riding the momentum of her recent win and comes in ready to battle. Chef Hayley, on the other hand, may be a bit rusty after a season away from the kitchen.

It’s Melissa’s first time cooking with miso, so she takes a moment to get familiar with the flavor.

Hayley’s strategy? Watch what Melissa does and do the exact same thing.

Gif: Melissa, reacting to Hayley, “Don’t.”

Careful not to get too caught up in her fish, Melissa turns her attention to the broccoli purée. Meanwhile, Hayley begins crafting delicate squash ribbons.

Melissa takes a big risk by deep-frying her own ribbons, which is a huge surprise to Chef Jojo. However, his confusion quickly turns to appreciation when he sees the crispy results.

At the same time, Hayley looks to Chef Jojo for guidance as she struggles to make broccoli purée for the first time.

Stumped by the beet component, Hayley decides to sauté them. Melissa attempts a beet purée, but the results fall flat.

Next, Hayley starts on what Chef Jojo calls a “Michelin level” dish. Meanwhile, Melissa pulls her fish from the oven and begins plating. Even though she’s worried it might fall apart, Chef Jojo encourages her to keep going.

It’s a mad dash as both chefs race to add the finishing touches. In the end, both chefs know victory is decided by Chef Jojo’s tastebuds.

Gif: Hayley (shrugging to camera), “I’m lost.”
Gif: Melissa, overwhelmed by her win, “This is crazy!”

After weeks of delicious meals, it’s time for Chef Jojo to taste the final dishes of season six.

Melissa is up first. Chef Jojo loves the crunch of her squash and the smoothness of her broccoli puree, but thinks she could have done more with her beets.

Next is Hayley. Her presentation stuns, and the fish is perfectly cooked. Chef Jojo enjoys her purée, but says the dish lacks seasoning.

After second bites of each dish, Chef Jojo crowns Melissa Stratton as the This Is Fire Grand Champion!
